I’ve been Google for since November 2011 when my startup Katango (formerly Cafebots) was acquired. I’ve been working mostly on prototyping some advanced product directions for Google+. Recently, I’ve joined an exciting new team whose mission is to  work the next generation of interactive search and knowledge discovery.  More than that, I cannot say, except   “hold on to your hats.”  I gotta say Google is an amazing place to  work. It’s not just the free food. It’s the people. When you go to work, there is a joy in the problem-solving process that is palpable. So far, so good (except that I’m usually 30 years older than the next oldest person in any meeting).
