Intuit was an unlikely company for me to work for.  Intuit is about taxes and finances–not my forte. But Intuit also has a small business division (QuickBooks).  There was a project in 2007 at Intuit to retool their core technology and they wanted someone to prototype new experiences for the new platform. While at Intuit, I managed a team of 10 or so designers and prototypers exploring these advanced experiences for small business. One of my main activities at this time was graphic visualization and developing scenarios of new product ideas.  Later at Intuit, working in Daniela Jorge’s team, I  led a small rapid prototyping team where I began to retool my own hands-on prototyping skills.
